Terms of Service
Last updated: [insert date]
These Terms, together with the Patient Service Agreement sent to you before treatment, set out how Medical Tourism GALAXY ("we", "us", "the Company") works with you ("the Client", "the Patient"). By using this website or contacting us for a quote, you agree to these Terms.
1. What we do
We are a medical tourism facilitator. We arrange information, hospital and specialist options, a written treatment quotation, travel support, and coordination before, during and after your treatment abroad. We are not a hospital, clinic, or medical provider, and we do not diagnose, treat, or perform any procedure.
2. Enquiries and quotes
An enquiry through this website is free and carries no obligation. Prices shown on this website are indicative ranges for planning only, based on typical market rates, and are not an offer. Your actual cost is confirmed in a written quotation once your case has been reviewed, and may change if your treatment needs differ once you are examined in person.
3. Medical decisions
All diagnosis and treatment decisions are made solely by the treating hospital and its doctors, based on their own examination of you. We do not provide medical advice, and we do not guarantee any particular medical outcome.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate and complete information about your medical history and condition
- Share medical reports and records honestly and promptly when asked
- Make payments for our service fee and the hospital's treatment package on the agreed schedule
- Follow the treating hospital and doctor's instructions, and meet visa and entry requirements for your destination country
5. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel by written notice (email or WhatsApp) before travel begins. Refunds of amounts paid to the hospital follow that hospital's own cancellation policy, which we will share with you in advance. Our own service fee is refundable as set out in your quotation.
6. Liability
We are responsible for the coordination services we provide. We are not responsible for the medical decisions, treatment, or outcomes provided by the treating hospital, or for events outside our reasonable control such as travel disruption or visa delays. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Full agreement
The specific Patient Service Agreement sent to you before treatment, together with your written quotation, sets out the full terms for your treatment journey and takes priority over this general page if the two differ.
